SAP APO & Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant

Requirements

• Involved in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning implementation projects across multiple industries and geographies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze as-is processes, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and design optimized solutions using SAP APO and Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, participate in design discussions, and develop detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Work closely with project teams to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and solution architecture
• Act as a key point of contact for business users, addressing queries related to functionality, feasibility, and solution options
• Contribute to solution development and implementation across modules such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and S&OP
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, including issue resolution to ensure smooth UAT cycles
• Design test scripts, create user manuals, and conduct end-user training sessions
• Deliver final solutions in alignment with business requirements and approved designs
• Engage in client coordination and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes
• Proven experience in functional design, configuration, and implementation within SAP APO and Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Ability to translate business requirements into customized system configurations
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder implementations and driving project execution
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
