As a Restaurant Manager, you will serve as the catalyst for growth, implementing strategic solutions to elevate service standards while advancing your own career within one of the hospitality industry's most progressive organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead FOH Operations: Direct daily floor operations to guarantee seamless service execution and an unparalleled guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a robust team of 30-40 FOH professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and growth.
• Financial Performance: Drive targeted revenue growth while deploying effective cost-control solutions to consistently meet or exceed financial benchmarks.
• Brand Standards: Enforce rigorous standards for service, food quality, and overall brand integrity.
• Cross-Department Synergy: Partner closely with Executive Chefs and the broader management team to ensure total operational harmony.
• Guest Relations: Proactively engage with guests, swiftly resolving concerns to build lasting customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industry Expertise: Proven tenure as a Restaurant Manager within a full-service environment, ideally featuring a comprehensive bar program.
• Volume Experience: Demonstrated success directing restaurant operations with annual sales volumes exceeding $3 million.
• Concept Alignment: Direct leadership experience in casual-themed, premium casual, or chef-driven dining segments is highly preferred.
• Leadership Capabilities: A verifiable track record of building, motivating, and retaining high-functioning hospitality teams.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, strategic budgeting, and operational cost control.
• Hospitality Passion: An unwavering dedication to the industry and a genuine commitment to delivering top-tier service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of approximately $68,000 - $75,000 plus bonus
