Senior Brand Manager - OTC (Healthcare Division)Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon/KolkataFunction: MarketingIndustry: FMCG / OTC / Consumer HealthcareLevel: Mid-Senior ManagementRole OverviewA leading FMCG organization is looking to onboard a Senior Brand Manager to lead its OTC product categories within the Healthcare Division. This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end brand ownership, including P&L management, brand strategy, launches, and market growth across offline and online channels.The role offers strong leadership visibility and the opportunity to shape scalable brands in a competitive and fast-growing healthcare market.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & P&L Ownership- End-to-end ownership of brand P&L with focus on topline growth and margin improvement- Define brand vision, architecture, and long-term growth strategy- Develop and execute annual marketing plans (ATL, BTL, Digital)New Product Development & Launch- Identify new categories, extensions, and innovation opportunities- Lead product conceptualization, pricing, sourcing, GTM strategy, and launch execution- Drive successful offline and online brand launchesConsumer Insights & Market Intelligence- Lead consumer research, market visits, and insight mining- Track category performance, competition, and market share trends- Translate insights into impactful communication and activation strategiesBrand Activation & Execution- Manage creative, media, digital, and BTL agencies- Drive channel-specific GTM plans, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives- Monitor marketing spends, ROI, and budget optimizationTeam & Stakeholder Management- Lead and develop Brand Executives / ABMs- Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Media teamsCandidate ProfileEducation- MBA (Marketing) from a reputed instituteExperience- 6-12 years of experience in FMCG / OTC / Consumer Healthcare- Strong hands-on experience in brand management, launches, and P&L- Prior exposure to healthcare or OTC categories is highly preferredKey Skills- Brand Strategy & Brand Building- ATL / BTL / Digital Marketing- Consumer Insights & Market Analytics- New Product Development- Commercial & Financial Acumen- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
