Role Description

At Primalbase, you won’t just “take classes.” You will operate at the intersection of coaching, technology, and experience design.

You will:

• Lead our signature 45-minute, screen-assisted training sessions — a structured, high-efficiency workout designed by the brand
• Actively coach on the floor — observing, correcting, and elevating each member’s movement and effort in real time
• Create a high-energy, high-accountability environment without the traditional “instructor shouting” format

Qualifications

Proficiency in Fitness Training and an understanding of the Fitness Industry

A recognised certification in fitness or personal training is required

Experience in similar roles or within the fitness industry is an advantage

Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate members
