We pride ourselves on speed, quality, and teamwork. Our crew works together in a respectful environment where everyone contributes and no one is above anyone else. Position Overview: We are hiring construction laborers and general helpers to support our ICF crews on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in ICF, concrete construction, and formwork, with room to grow into more skilled roles. Key Responsibilities: Assist with ICF installation and concrete construction tasks Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment Support crew with formwork setup, bracing, and site prep *Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow instructions from foreman and skilled workers Perform general labor duties as required Requirements: Previous construction or general labor experience is an asset Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working long hours on-site Positive attitude and ability to work in a team Reliable transportation to Ottawa job sites (required) Punctual and dependable What We Offer: Competitive pay: $20–$45/hour Full-time, steady work Opportunities for training and advancement into skilled positions Supportive, team-driven work environment Hands-on experience in ICF and concrete construction Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person (Ottawa, ON & surrounding areas) Apply today by emailing your resume to Justin.sariov@gatewaycarpentry.com
