## Key Role Overview

As a Brand Associate (Retail Sales Associate) you are an integral part of the store team responsible for bringing the brand to life by engaging customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving brand loyalty. You act as a product expert who educates and inspires customers and supports an omni-channel approach to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
