🚀 Hiring: Senior Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer (5+ years of experience )

At Lattice Systems, we’re building a confidential AI inference platform.

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who understands both cloud infrastructure and security primitives — someone who can help us design and build the control plane for a next-generation AI platform.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing secure control planes for AI infrastructure
• Building and managing identity & access systems (IAM / RBAC)
• Integrating key management systems (KMS / HSM-backed workflows)
• Deploying and optimizing load balancers and distributed services
• Architecting secure communication between services (auth layers)
• Working with confidential computing environments (TEE-based systems)

What We’re Looking For

-Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

-Deep understanding of:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Key Management Systems (KMS, secrets management)

-Experience building or operating:

• Control planes / platform backends
• Distributed systems at scale

-Hands-on coding experience (Go / Python / Rust )

-Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience with confidential computing (SGX, TDX, SEV)
• Exposure to GPU / ML infrastructure
• Background in applied cryptography or secure systems
