Sales Representative (B2B SaaS)

A rapidly growing software company is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join its team and drive new business across Ontario.

The company develops an innovative web and mobile platform that helps organizations streamline field operations, improve productivity, and manage service teams more efficiently. Its solution is trusted by organizations across multiple industries, including construction, skilled trades, transportation, maintenance, and field services.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000+ (negotiable depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across HVAC, plumbing and electrical service sectors, construction, transportation, maintenance, and property management organizations
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, and in-person meetings

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges and business needs
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s requirements
  • Clearly communicate the value of the software solution, including productivity improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost savings
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close

Account Management

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience following the sale
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to maximize satisfaction and retention

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking within the CRM
  • Manage sales activities and pipeline to consistently achieve performance targets
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal teams to support product and sales strategy

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in saas and prior experience working with industrial service organizations
  • Proven experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms and other sales technologies
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
