Quality Inspector – Receiving & Final Inspection
Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Pay: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fuze HR is recruiting on behalf of a precision manufacturing company in Vaughan, Ontario. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in quality inspection and mechanical measurement.
Responsibilities
Conduct receiving and final inspections on machined components using manual tools, gauges, and fixtures.
Verify incoming materials and finished parts meet technical specifications.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to confirm dimensional accuracy.
Review material certificates and test reports for compliance.
Validate certificates of conformance from vendors.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials.
Document and assist with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as directed.
Complete First Article Inspection reports as required.
Follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and company procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
Training or certification in mechanical inspection, quality control, or related fields is an asset.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and ERP systems.
Experience in aerospace or precision machining is preferred.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.
