Reports To: Director of Operations, Compliance & Administration
Position Summary
Futures Canadian College of Business, Health & Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Supervisor to support the College's regulatory compliance and quality assurance functions. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to applicable legislation, Ministry directives, accreditation requirements, institutional policies, and reporting obligations while promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005 and related regulations.
- Conduct audits of student files, records, and compliance documentation.
- Support Ministry inspections, audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory assessments.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including DLI, KPI, WSIB, PARIS, Titan, and other required submissions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor corrective action plans and support risk mitigation initiatives.
- Provide compliance guidance, training, and support to academic and administrative staff.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Support institutional quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, Compliance, Legal Studies, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in compliance, administration, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Knowledge of Ontario Career College regulations and post-secondary education compliance requirements is considered an asset.
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems such as PARIS, Titan, DLI, and KPI reporting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance reporting systems.

- Completion of internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Reduction in compliance deficiencies.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
