Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Lead

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 8+ Months with possible of extension

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Trintech Frontier (Fiserv) to support application upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements. This is a fully remote opportunity with potential extension. The ideal candidate will have strong financial systems experience, hands-on involvement in system upgrades, and solid coordination skills between business and technical teams.

Required Skill

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials

Strong hands-on experience with Trintech Frontier (Fiserv)

Experience leading or supporting application upgrades and system deployments

Strong experience with system testing (SIT/UAT), validation, and production support

Experience working in Jira for tracking requirements, defects, and releases

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications

Experience working in finance/accounting systems environments

Preferred

Experience with Workday Financials

Knowledge of reconciliation and financial close processes

Job description

Testing (experience documenting business and system requirements and experience developing and executing test cases, test scenarios and test plans)

Accounts Payable experience (familiar with business processes and systems, experience w/ Peoplesoft and/or WorkDay a plus)

Business process mapping and process improvement experience project management - someone who is organized, attention to detail, can develop project plans and manage timelines/deliverables

Strong communication skills, analytical, strong data analysis skills and proficient with troubleshooting and problem solving
