About the Role

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints over phone calls, delivering consistent support and service excellence in every interaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of experience
  • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
  • Good verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Docs
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
  • Prior experience or knowledge in e-commerce will be an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a split shift is required
