Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Buying Agent and Merchandiser located in the Greater Jodhpur Area. The role involves sourcing high-quality materials and products, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating purchasing terms to meet business goals. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery while aligning purchases with marketing and sales strategies. Additionally, the role includes contributing to visual merchandising and helping to curate collections that meet market demands and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with vendors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring professional relationships and high-value interactions.
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations to support purchasing strategies and understanding market trends.
• Knowledge and experience in Marketing to align product selection with consumer demand and market positioning.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in furniture or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
