Mental Health Counselor

Position/Title: Contract Therapist

Reports to: Owner, Anastacia Golemb-Fellows, LPC

Purpose of the Position: Therapists for the Contract Program will provide compassionate counseling to individuals. Full Circle Therapy offers a warm, inclusive, and approachable environment and support in the form of knowledgable and down to earth supervison. Full Circle Therapy currently specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, maternal mental health, parenting, and disordered eating and the owner has expertise in utilizing EMDR and other experiential modalities. Potential other areas of interest of a clinician that could be a good fit for Full Circle Therapy include ADHD, Autism, depression, grieving, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ experiences.

This is a contract position at a starting rate of $75 for LSW and LAPC and $80 for LPC and LCSW per client hour. Intake appointments are reimbursed at $95 for provisional licenses and $100 for LPC and LCSW.

Specific Duties

• Maintain weekly contacted caseload of Individual and family clients.
• Attend regular supervision meetings with Owner
• Demonstrate administrative and ethical excellence in notes, files, reports, EMR, etc.

Critical Qualities

• A passion to offer professional counseling services in order to empower, educate and support individuals, couples and families in need.
• Understanding of the importance of mental health, therapy, and the confidential nature of our work.
• Knowledge of or Interest in learning more about treating PTSD preferred
• Ability to be self-directed and show initiative.
• Maintain ethical documentation.
• Maintain all requirements for state licensure during time of employment.

Skills, Education, Experience

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or related field.
• Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. (LSW and LAPC welcome to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
