  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing insights and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and hit account goals
  • Submit detailed reports showing performance, trends, and optimization strategies

Qualifications Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
  • Proven track record of driving results such as revenue growth, ACOS improvements, and successful launches
  • Experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or Client Success for Amazon brands
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, product launches, keyword research, and competitor analysis
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising, including PPC and DSP
  • Ownership mentality, solutions-focused, coachable, results-driven, and able to lead without authority
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and full-time availability in CST timezone
