Manufacturing Engineer — EOAT & Precision Automation

We’re building India’s precision automation hardware brand from Sanand GIDC. We design, source, manufacture, and supply robotic grippers, end-of-arm tooling, fixture plates, and automation spares to integrators and OEMs across automotive, pharma, and defense.

What you’ll do (Phase 1 focus):

• Coordinate with local CNC job shops (Vatva/Naroda) for machining of gripper components and

fixtures

• Prepare and Review SolidWorks drawings for manufacturability before releasing to vendors
• Set up incoming inspection processes — dimensional checks, surface finish, material cert verification
• Build test benches and validation procedures for gripper and EOAT products
• Create SOPs, inspection checklists, and process documentation from scratch
• Support import procurement — verify outsourced grippers against datasheets and specs
• Develop and maintain supplier quality scorecards

You need:

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical (2–5 yrs experience)
• Hands-on SolidWorks — not academic, practical
• Working knowledge of GD&T, CNC machining processes, basic metrology
• Experience dealing with machining vendors or working on a shop floor
• Own transport to Sanand GIDC

Nice to have

Exposure to grippers, pneumatics, robotics, or any EOAT. ISO 9001 familiarity.
