The Role

You'll be the person who shapes how FTNSS shows up online. That means building a consistent brand voice, posting at high volume across platforms, and actually caring about whether the content lands. You'll work closely with leadership and have real say in the direction of the brand.

This is an equity-only role, so we're looking for someone who sees the upside in getting in early and wants their work to have a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

— Manage and execute a high-volume content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X

— Develop and maintain FTNSS's brand voice across platforms

— Track growth metrics and use them to improve what we're making

— Spot trends and move quickly when something is worth jumping on

— Build out content series, campaigns, and formats as the brand evolves

— Grow our presence in new markets as we expand

Who You Are

— You've grown a social audience before and can show your work

— You're comfortable writing, creating, and publishing independently

— You pay attention to what performs and adjust accordingly

— You're genuinely interested in fitness, travel, or both

Structure: EQUITY ONLY

Shares: 300,000

Equity stake: 3%
