Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Educator at Frontline Academy, located in Kerala, India. The AI Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in artificial intelligence. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating course content, conducting workshops, mentoring learners, assessing their progress, and staying updated on the latest developments in AI to incorporate into learning modules. The ideal candidate will foster an engaging, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence concepts, Machine Learning, and related tools and frameworks
• Strong Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and Training Delivery skills
• Effective Communication and Presentation abilities with an emphasis on simplifying complex concepts
• Experience with Programming Languages such as Python
• Passion for education and mentoring, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with AI applications in industries such as logistics is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching or training roles is highly desirable
