We provide warm inbound leads, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. No cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation required.TGP helps vehicle owners protect themselves from unexpected repair costs through protection plans.
What You'll Do
As a Junior Sales Representative (TSR), you will receive inbound calls that have been pre-screened by our team. Your role is to build rapport, gather information, identify customer needs, and determine whether the customer qualifies and advance them to the next step of the sales process. Qualified customers are then transferred to a Senior Closer for final enrollment.
Experience Needed: No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, insurance, or sales are encouraged to apply. Servers, bartenders, sales or cashiers are also especially encouraged to apply as these backgrounds often translate well to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 80-100 inbound calls daily from prospective customers. throughout the day.
- Generate qualified opportunities and contribute to daily team sales goals.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and smoothly transition qualified customers to a Senior Closer.
- Meet or exceed daily performance goals, including contributing to an average of 2 or more team sales per day.
- Follow our script and process.
- Work as part of a team sales process. Both the TSR and Closer contribute to each successful sale.

Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency is required, specifically the ability to navigate multiple browser tabs, manage split-screen workflows, adjust system audio/microphone settings, and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or call centers is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a strong bonus.

Compensation & Growth
- Compensation: Starting at $16.50 /hr + Weekly Commission & Bonuses. Higher starting rates may be available based on experience.
- Clear path for performance based growth and advancement. Successful TSRs may earn opportunities to advance into Hybrid and/or Senior Closer.
We believe in promoting from within. We provide comprehensive platform orientation and weekly performance coaching to help you master our live transfer system.
- Junior Sales Representative (TSR): All team members begin here. You are paid a guaranteed hourly rate while you master the system. You take the incoming live transfers, utilize the script, build rapport, and route the customer to a Senior Closer to finalize the agreement. Based on production and availability you have the opportunity to advance to a hybrid position.
- Hybrid: This is a hybrid J/C and Closer development role. While in this stage, team members must maintain production standards in both J/C performance and closing while learning to close more effectively, with the goal of advancing into a Closer role over time. Advancement to Closer is based on performance, and movement between roles is not permanent. Ongoing production standards must be met to remain in any role.
- Senior Closer: Based on your production metrics, reliability, and call quality, you can quickly earn advancement to a Senior Closer position. As a Closer, you own the entire call and take home the highest payouts.
