The Problem We’re Solving

At Tribe Wellness, we’re on a mission to help people glow from the inside out with skincare and beauty products that deliver real results. But here’s the catch: too many customers buy a product online and then get stuck—unsure how to use it or missing the guidance to maximize their glow-up. That’s where you, our Skincare & Beauty Sales Specialist, step in. Without your expertise, customers lose confidence, their goals fade, and our mission to transform lives stalls. With you? You’re the spark that turns a purchase into a confidence boost and a sale into a win for all.

Your Role in the Story

Imagine this: you’re working from home, diving into 20-minute Skincare & Beauty Phone Call Consultations, guiding customers through personalized routines that make their skin glow. Using our ethical, Permission-Based Selling process, you’ll recommend additional serums, supplements, and protocols—that elevate their results. You’ll close sales on 40–50% of these calls, generating $2,000–$7,000 a day in sales, depending on your drive and skill.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Guide: Lead scheduled appointment consultations, helping customers unlock the full potential of their skincare and beauty products that they have already purchased.

Sell: Ethically and effortlessly offer additional products that enhance their routine, earning commission on every sale.

Learn: Dive into our daily training—college-level sales skills that turn your passion into profit.

Thrive: Work remotely with our seamless CRM and phone system, making an impact from anywhere.

Who You Are (Yes, YOU)

You feel this in your soul. You’re obsessed with skincare and beauty—maybe you’re an esthetician, a makeup artist, or a self-taught beauty guru. You’ve got a knack for sales (experience is great, but passion is way more important), and you’re eager to master a proven system that’s so legit it’s offered as college credit at Texas State University’s Sales Masters Program. You’re a go-getter, fueled by growth, with stellar English skills and a gift for building real connections.

Must-Haves:

Passion for skincare and beauty.

Strong communication skills.

Tech-ready setup (20,000+ Octane Speed internet, fast computer, headset, backup power).

Schedule: Choose your 40-hour block (Central Time Zone):

Mon-Fri: 8am–5pm or 12pm–9pm

Tue-Sat: 8am–5pm

Sun-Thu: 12pm–9pm
