Job Description

As a DHL Freight Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight shipments, communicating effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers, and tracking and monitoring shipment statuses using logistics software and systems. You will also prepare shipping documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and resolve issues related to freight discrepancies, damages, or delays promptly. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics activities, and implement and enforce safety and operational procedures to minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely and efficient processing
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
