Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Mental Health Specialist. The Mental Health Specialist will provide mental health care services, conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and support individuals in managing mental health concerns. The role involves case management, crisis intervention, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Knowledge and experience in Mental Health Care and Psychology
• Skills in Case Management and Crisis Intervention
• Proven expertise addressing mental health challenges and creating treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and teams
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and confidentiality
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Prior experience in the mental health or healthcare sector is an advantage
