Evening Shift Hyperlocal Delivery Dispatcher

You will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching delivery partners for hyperlocal orders in real time. You will monitor delivery routes and optimize assignments to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, you will communicate with drivers/riders regarding pickup instructions, route adjustments, and delivery updates. It will be your duty to track order status using internal dispatch and logistics management systems and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, route disruptions, or customer concerns. Collaborating with warehouse and order fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order handoffs will also be a part of your role. You will maintain accurate logs of delivery assignments, completion rates, and incident reports to ensure compliance with company delivery standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Your quick decision-making support during peak delivery periods will be crucial.

You must have a minimum of 13 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch operations, supply chain, or delivery management. Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, courier services, or last-mile logistics is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills may also be considered.

Please note that the working hours for this position are typically between 4:00 PM 11:00 PM with 56 working days per week and rotational off days.
