Webflow Developer — Contract

We're looking for a skilled Webflow developer to join us on a contract basis to help build and maintain our marketing site.

This is a flexible engagement — some weeks you'll knock out quick updates or fixes, other times you'll take on a full landing page build from scratch.

What You'll Work On

• Building new landing pages in Webflow from provided designs (Figma), using AI agents connected to the Webflow MCP server to accelerate build velocity and reduce manual effort
• Leveraging MCPconnected workflows to handle routine updates, content changes, and site maintenance programmatically
• Implementing and maintaining Segment event tracking across the site
• Onpage SEO optimization — meta tags, structured data, page speed, accessibility
• Small site updates and fixes with quick turnaround (think hours, not days)
• Collaborating async with our team on larger project scopes and timelines

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Are highly proficient in Webflow — CMS, interactions, responsive layouts, custom code embeds
• Have handson experience using AI agents (e.g. Claude, Cursor, or similar) connected to the Webflow MCP server to build, update, and manage Webflow sites programmatically
• Have handson experience with Segment (or similar CDPs) and know how to implement clean tracking
• Understand SEO fundamentals and how to apply them in Webflow
• Can work independently from a Figma design — no design judgment needed from you
• Communicate clearly and proactively, especially on timelines and blockers
• Are based in the U.S. or work comfortably in PT hours

What We're NOT Looking For

Someone who needs design direction — we provide final Figma files

An agency or large team — we want a single point of contact

Engagement & Compensation

• Hourly rate for small tasks and ongoing updates
• Fixed project rate for full landing page builds
• Flexible hours, asyncfriendly — we just need PT timezone availability for overlap
