Python Developer Needed for Invoice PDF Automation

We need a robust Python automation system to generate 20,000+ invoices monthly (growing rapidly). This currently takes our team 3+ weeks of manual work; goal is to reduce to 1 day or less fully automated.

We're a legal tech SaaS company that processes case analysis for law firms. Each month we need to generate individual invoice PDFs for each case, plus summary Excel reports per law firm. We expect our volume to increase this year.

Input Sources:

1. Mode CSV Export (monthly export)

2. QuickBooks Customer Master (monthly export)

3. Anrok API (real-time tax calculation)

4. Tax Rate Fallback Table (backup)

Output:

1. Invoice PDF for each case following the provided template and including all relevant data points including tax amounts, saved into customer folders on SharePoint.

2. Summary excel file with total case usage for each customer

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
