Mobile App Developer Needed – Coffee App- Digital Wallet, QR Payments, Loyalty System Online Shop

Job Description

We are a growing specialty coffee brand based in Turkey, looking for an experienced mobile developer to build our customer-facing app from the ground up.

This is not a standard coffee ordering app.

We need a

secure, cross-platform digital wallet experience that includes QR-based in-store payments, a spend-to-earn loyalty program, an online shop, and a scalable backend ready for future features.

What We're Building:

Closed-Loop Digital Wallet

Customers load balance into the app and pay in-store by scanning a QR code — no cash, no card needed at the counter.

All transactions must be encrypted end-to-end, with no sensitive payment data stored on the device.

Simpra POS Integration

Our in-store POS software is

Simpra.

QR codes will be generated through Simpra, and discounts will be automatically applied to the bill at the point of payment.

Developers with prior experience with Simpra or its API will be given priority.

Loyalty & Rewards System

Every purchase earns points. Customers can redeem points for free drinks, discounts, and special offers. We need full campaign management from the admin side.

Online Shop

An in-app shop page for product sales, including product listing, cart, and checkout flow.

Admin Dashboard

A web-based panel to manage users, transactions, reward campaigns, push notifications, shop products, and menu content — all in one place.

Core Features Required:

• User registration & profile management
• Wallet balance display & topup (via Stripe or iyzico)
• Simpra POS integration — QR code generation and automatic discount application per bill
• Realtime transaction history
• Loyalty points tracking & reward redemption
• Online shop page — product listing, cart, and checkout flow
• Push notifications for promotions and rewards
• Menu & business info display
• Admin panel (users, transactions, campaigns, shop, menu, notifications)

Tech Stack:

We do not have a fixed preference — we are open to your recommendation.

What matters to us is the end result:

a stable, secure, and scalable app on both iOS and Android.

Key requirements regardless of stack:

• Crossplatform iOS & Android from a single codebase
• Realtime backend (capable of live wallet updates and secure QR generation)
• PCIcompliant payment integration (e.g. Stripe, iyzico or equivalent)
• Integration architecture compatible with the Simpra POS API

Design Expectations:

We have a clear brand identity but no ready UI prototype. We expect the UI/UX design process to be included in the project scope.

We are looking for a developer or team who can manage or guide the entire process from design to development.

Smooth animations, intuitive navigation, and a polished user experience on both platforms are a priority.

Deliverables:

• Complete source code (handed over to us)
• API & setup documentation
• 2 weeks postlaunch support

Budget & Timeline:

• Timeline: We are targeting a

25-day delivery for the MVP

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with crossplatform mobile development and fintech/payment integrations
• Experience with Simpra or similar restaurant/café POS system API integrations (please specify POS systems you have worked with)
• Published apps on the App Store and/or Google Play (please share links)
• Strong understanding of secure payment flows and data protection
• Ability to recommend and justify the right tech stack for this type of project
• Clean, welldocumented code
• Clear and responsive communication throughout the project

Bonus: Prior experience building apps for the F&B or hospitality industry.
