About Us
Visionary Women’s Health is a modern women’s wellness practice redefining care through an elevated, healing-centered environment. We are seeking a warm, professional, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to provide our signature therapeutic massage experience in a beautiful luxury clinical setting.
Compensation
- $150 per completed session
- Each session block is 60 minutes total, including:
- client treatment time
- room setup
- turnover/reset between clients
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic massage sessions with professionalism and consistency
- Create a calm, welcoming, restorative experience for each guest
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and readiness
- Use excellent draping, sanitation, and client comfort standards
- Adapt pressure and technique to client needs
- Support a premium wellness experience aligned with our brand
Qualifications
- Active Maryland Massage Therapy License
- Strong massage technique and body mechanics
- Reliable, punctual, polished presentation
- Warm bedside manner and calming presence
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in spa, wellness, or medical setting preferred
