Licensed Massage Therapist – Luxury Women’s Wellness Practice

About Us

Visionary Women’s Health is a modern women’s wellness practice redefining care through an elevated, healing-centered environment. We are seeking a warm, professional, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to provide our signature therapeutic massage experience in a beautiful luxury clinical setting.

Compensation

• $150 per completed session
• Each session block is 60 minutes total, including:
• client treatment time
• room setup
• turnover/reset between clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage sessions with professionalism and consistency
• Create a calm, welcoming, restorative experience for each guest
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and readiness
• Use excellent draping, sanitation, and client comfort standards
• Adapt pressure and technique to client needs
• Support a premium wellness experience aligned with our brand

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Massage Therapy License
• Strong massage technique and body mechanics
• Reliable, punctual, polished presentation
• Warm bedside manner and calming presence
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in spa, wellness, or medical setting preferred
