Project Overview:

I run an ecommerce store and have a Google Sheet with over 5,000 products.

I'm looking for an experienced data analyst or Google Sheets expert who can build a system that analyzes this data and identifies which products are most likely to convert well in my store.

The goal is to create a data-driven scoring model that ranks products based on conversion potential and highlights opportunities for improvement.

What I Need Built:

• A system that analyzes my product catalog (5,000+ items) inside Google Sheets
• A conversion potential score for each product
• Product classification categories such as:
• Likely winner
• High traffic but low conversion
• Promising but needs more traffic
• Low potential
• Automated formulas or scripts that calculate metrics like:
• conversion rate
• add-to-cart rate
• checkout rate
• margin
• refund/return risk
• inventory risk
• A dashboard tab that highlights:
• top potential products
• products that need optimization
• products that should be promoted
• Optional: AIbased analysis to generate recommendations for improving product listings

Preferred Skills:

• Google Sheets (advanced formulas and automation)
• Ecommerce analytics
• Shopify or ecommerce platform data experience
• Data analysis and scoring models
• Apps Script (optional but helpful)
• Experience building dashboards in Sheets or Looker Studio

Deliverables:

• A fully working Google Sheet with the scoring system implemented
• Product ranking and classification
• Dashboard with insights
• Clear documentation explaining how the system works

Project Scope:
