About eDots:

eDots simplifies brand expansion into new marketplaces by managing operational complexities, including onboarding, integrations, marketing, and customer support.

The Role:

We're seeking to hire two eCommerce Marketplace Operations Managers to oversee daily operations across our marketplace and Shopify channels. This hands-on position focuses on execution and problem-solving rather than strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Operations: Manage listings, product data, inventory updates, fulfillment, and pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Data Coordination: Collect and maintain structured product data from brands, ensuring it's marketplace-ready.
  • Inventory Management: Keep inventory accurate to prevent oversells and coordinate fulfillment operations with partners.
  • Pricing and Promotions: Monitor pricing accuracy and support promotional activities.
  • Customer Support: Address operational customer issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Generate weekly operational reports, document processes, and enhance workflows.

Success Metrics (90 Days):

  • Accurate and compliant listings
  • Trusted inventory numbers
  • Efficient order flow with quick issue resolution
  • Clear, confidencebuilding reporting

Required Skills

  • 3–5+ years in eCommerce operations with handson experience.
  • Proficient in major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) and Shopify Admin.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and written communication.
  • High ownership and problemsolving mindset.

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience with multichannel feeds, PIM/DAM tools, or 3PL coordination.
  • Familiarity with marketplace performance standards.

Working Style:

Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, career-focused, and adept at turning chaos into efficient processes.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
