Job Description

We are seeking an experienced mobile developer or development team to build a complete new college mobile application from scratch.

The app must include a highly realistic, professional AI-powered female tutor avatar integrated into the homepage and core experience.

Project Overview

This is a brand-new application (not an existing app).

The core feature is a natural-looking, human-like AI female tutor avatar that speaks with Grok voice, performs real-time lip-sync, and delivers an engaging experience for students, parents, and public users.

The avatar must run fully on-device for optimal performance and privacy.

Technical Requirements

You may propose and use any of the following technology stacks (please specify your preferred stack in your proposal):

• React Native (single codebase)
• Flutter
• Native iOS (Swift) + Native Android (Kotlin)

The avatar implementation must use the following proven technologies:

• MetaHuman as the base for a modern young female tutor, fully customized to match our brand style
• UnityasaLibrary for highperformance 3D avatar rendering inside the mobile app
• LiveKit / Grok Voice Agent for realtime voice streaming and conversation
• ARKit 52 blend shapes (iOS) and equivalent highquality solutions for Android for accurate, natural lipsync driven by live audio
• Ondevice GPU rendering – no cloud avatar costs, everything processed clientside

Performance & Optimization Targets

• Avatar assets must add only 15–30 MB to the final app size
• Smooth performance (60 fps) on standard modern iOS and Android devices
• Minimal battery usage and no overheating during extended avatar conversations

Milestone Delivery Structure (required)

Milestone 1 – Basic Avatar Demo (Proof of Quality)

• Optimized MetaHuman avatar running inside the new app shell
• Basic idle animations
• Manual lipsync test
• Working builds for both platforms

Milestone 2 – Real Grok Voice Integration + Live Lip-Sync

• Full connection to Grok Voice Agent
• Realtime audiodriven lipsync and natural facial movements
• Initial conversation flow

Milestone 3 – Complete Production App + Optimization

• Full application development (homepage, navigation, all core college app features)
• Performance optimization, polishing, and stability testing
• Final builds ready for App Store and Google Play submission

Final Expected Deliverables

A complete, production-ready college mobile app featuring:

• A natural, realistic AI female tutor that speaks with Grok voice
• Realtime natural lipsync and facial expressions
• Professional, brandaligned human appearance
