Job Title : D2C Growth Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic D2C Growth Manager to lead and scale our digital growth function across Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. This role requires someone with strong prior D2C brand experience who understands how to drive online revenue, optimize customer acquisition, and build scalable growth systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to managing growth for consumer brands and experience working closely with channel owners across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and q-commerce platforms.
This role will oversee and collaborate with individual owners/managers for Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce functions, ensuring alignment on overall business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive overall D2C growth strategy across website, marketplaces, and q-commerce channels
- Lead revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and ROAS optimization initiatives
- Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to scale Meta, Google, and other paid channels profitably
- Oversee E-commerce operations and growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
- Drive Quick Commerce growth strategies across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams including brand, creative, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance metrics
- Build and execute growth experiments, campaign strategies, and channel expansion plans
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and other key business metrics
- Ensure alignment and accountability across channel-specific managers reporting into this role
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or digital business roles
- Mandatory prior experience working with a D2C brand
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce ecosystems
- Experience managing multi-channel growth strategies and revenue targets
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplaces, and q-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Experience in consumer, lifestyle, home, beauty, wellness, or similar fast-paced D2C categories is preferred
- Candidates based in or open to relocating to Mumbai/Indore preferred
