Responsibilities

• Perform various esthetic services such as facials, body sugaring, manicure/pedicure, massage, laser hair removal, and spray tans.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their individual needs.
• Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience during appointments.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in esthetics (outside of schooling)
• Diploma from an accredited esthetics program
• Strong expertise in facials, manicures & pedicures (regular OPI polish & gel OPI polish), relaxation massages
• Confidence in recommending and selling treatments, upgrades, and homecare products to support client results
• Proven ability (or willingness to develop) in rebooking clients and building a loyal, returning clientele
• Experience with full body sugaring, tinting, and advanced skin treatments (Hydrafacials, IPL, Chemical peels, Microcurrent etc.) is an asset
• Experience with Novell Spray Tan is an asset
• Certified Laser Hair Removal using Sharplight
