Job Description
We are a busy, well-established plumbing service company seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations. This position is initially temporary due to an extended leave, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone reliable, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Enter and maintain job details and service records (paper-based and digital)
- Process payments, receipts, and basic office transactions
- Coordinate daily workflow between office and field staff
- General administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of office administration, dispatch, or receptionist experience
- Experience in a trades, construction, or service-based business is strongly preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Confident handling phone calls and in-person customer interactions
- Highly reliable with a strong attendance record
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced office setting
Position Details:
