About the Location

The Red Sea is set to become one of the region’s leading luxury beach destinations, spanning natural islands and lagoons across 200 kilometers of coastline on the western coast of Saudi Arabia, between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be on Shura Island, the center of the development, alongside a yacht marina, lifestyle and leisure facilities, retail spaces, an 18-hole golf course, and more.

The destination is being developed with sustainability at its core, supported by marine spatial planning to reduce environmental impact and limit over-tourism while still offering guests a premium travel and lifestyle experience. Renewable energy will power the destination, and only a small part of the islands will be developed, leaving large conservation zones protected. The resort is planned to include around 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted views of white-sand beaches and clear waters, plus six restaurant and lounge venues, meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery center, Kids for All Seasons, a spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults.

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dependable, experienced Plumber to join the Engineering team at the Red Sea resort. This role focuses on fitting, servicing, and restoring plumbing systems so hotel operations continue smoothly and facilities remain fully functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Fit, repair, and upkeep pipes, valves, fixtures, fittings, and drainage systems
• Carry out scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing installations
• Identify faults and resolve plumbing problems in an efficient manner
• Complete all tasks in line with required safety rules and regulatory standards
• Attend to maintenance calls and urgent breakdowns without delay
• Work closely with the Engineering team on daily activities and project work
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in good condition

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Prior plumbing experience, ideally in hospitality settings or large-scale facilities
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
• Capability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
• Strong troubleshooting ability and practical problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
• Basic communication skills in English

Additional Information

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite role. The role is part of the Engineering function and supports the ongoing operation of a luxury resort environment.
