Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Servant role located in Nagpur. In this position, the Civil Servant will work closely with local government entities, addressing public sector concerns and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining government relations, performing data-driven analysis, and collaborating to develop policies and initiatives that benefit the community and align with organizational goals. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues and contributing to public sector growth through effective strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Government Relations and knowledge of Local Government operations
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to develop evidence-based solutions
• Familiarity with Public Sector operations and practices
• Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in government or public administration is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
