About the Role

HITMI is launching its AI-Driven Digital Marketing Mastery Programme and is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer.

We are looking for a professional with strong, up-to-date knowledge of the complete Digital Marketing ecosystem and clear understanding of how modern brands leverage AI-driven strategies, automation, and performance systems in real business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and structure a 3–4-month AI-integrated Digital Marketing curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, quizzes, and assessment frameworks
• Deliver practical, hands-on classroom training (execution-focused approach)
• Conduct student evaluations and maintain performance tracking
• Guide students in portfolio development and real-world application
• Participate in demo lectures for prospective students
• Continuously upgrade curriculum aligned with industry evolution

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years hands-on Digital Marketing experience
• Strong exposure to latest AI tools used in marketing
• Prior training/mentoring experience preferred
• Confident communicator with structured teaching methodology
• Industry-oriented mindset with focus on practical implementation
• Must be currently based in Mumbai and able to travel to Borivali
