Position Summary
The Regional Outreach Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding access, reach, engagement, and subsequent impact of Foundation for Women Warriors programs. This individual will serve as a representative of FFWW, building and stewarding community partnerships, coordinating programs and outreach activities, ensuring smooth implementation of organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Outreach, Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations, stakeholders, volunteers, corporate partners, and veteran communities to advance FFWW’s mission and impact.
- Identify, cultivate, and engage potential partners and collaborators to expand program offerings, outreach initiatives, and resource opportunities for women veterans.
- Represent FFWW at community events, networking meetings, resource fairs, and public engagements to increase organizational visibility and strengthen community connections.
- Develop and implement outreach campaigns that promote awareness of FFWW programs, services, events, and resources within the community and veteran networks.
- Maintain and steward a portfolio of corporate and nonprofit partnerships, ensuring consistent communication, engagement, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute content for social media and digital communications that amplify program reach, partnership visibility, and community engagement efforts.
Event and Operations Support
- Plan and manage East Coast events, programs, and community activities in alignment with FFWW’s mission, organizational goals, and community needs.
- Manage event and program logistics, including scheduling venues, coordinating materials, and organizing volunteers, vendors, and event resources as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of event supplies, event participation, program outcomes, engagement metrics, and attendee feedback for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Monitor and report on event and operational performance metrics to organizational leadership to support planning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with reporting related to events, outreach initiatives, partnerships, and operational activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support across organizational initiatives and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in community outreach, community engagement, partnerships, and/or nonprofit work.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of community resources and the ability to connect participants to relevant services.
