What You’ll Do

Lead multiple ground-up and tenant improvement projects across life sciences, healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD), and commercial sectors
Manage the full lifecycle: preconstruction, GMP, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
Oversee highly technical MEP systems, lab environments, and healthcare compliance requirements
Drive project schedules, budgets, and risk management to ensure successful delivery
Partner closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Mentor and lead project teams while promoting a strong safety culture

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience with a general contractor
Proven success delivering life sciences, healthcare, or complex commercial projects
Strong knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD, cGMP environments, and Bay Area construction practices
Experience managing projects $25M+
Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, P6 / MS Project
