About the role We're looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to anchor day-to-day finance and administration at our Chandaus procurement centre. This is a hands-on, single-point-of-ownership role. You'll handle the books, keep statutory compliance clean, process farmer and vendor payments, and make sure the site office runs smoothly so the procurement and field teams can focus on the crop.

What you'll do

• Maintain books in Excel / Tally / Salesforce — sales, purchase, journal, and bank entries
• Process farmer payments and aggregator settlements during procurement season; reconcile against weighbridge slips and quality reports
• Manage farmer accounts payable and customer receivables; track collections
• Bank reconciliation, petty cash, and daily cash position reporting
• Prepare monthly MIS for management — P&L, cash flow, procurement spend, debtors and creditors ageing
• Run the site office: vendor management for housekeeping, courier, internet, utilities, AMCs, and stationery
• Document management — both physical filing and digital records

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the agribusiness industry — rice milling, grain procurement, contract farming, agri-exports, agri-inputs, or similar. This is a must-have; we need someone who understands how a procurement-driven agri business runs through the season
• B.Com (M.Com or CA-Inter is a plus)
• Hands-on with accounts and strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with procurement accounting (farmer/aggregator payments, weighbridge reconciliation, mandi paperwork) and export documentation
• Organised, self-driven, and comfortable juggling finance discipline with people-facing administrative work
