The Internal Communications Business Partner is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s internal narrative—ensuring employees are aligned, informed, and inspired by the organization’s vision, strategy, and culture. This role serves as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, translating business priorities into clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across the enterprise. Sitting at the intersection of communications, culture, and change, this individual will drive alignment across organizational initiatives—from transformation efforts and leadership messaging to product enhancements and enablement programs. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, executive partnership, and hands-on execution, with a passion for building connected, high-performing, and inclusive organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Enterprise Communications Strategy & Narrative
- Own and evolve the company’s internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
- Develop and maintain a cohesive internal narrative that connects strategy, culture, and employee experience
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all internal communications
Executive & Leadership Communications
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the entire executive leadership team
- Shape and deliver executive communications including town halls, company updates, leadership messaging, and key announcements
- Align leadership voices to ensure clarity, authenticity, and consistency across the organization
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Partner with OD and leadership to embed company values, culture, and inclusion into all communications
- Design and deliver communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, connection, and belonging
- Elevate key moments that matter (e.g., recognition, milestones, leadership visibility, cultural initiatives)
Organizational Change
- Lead communication strategies for org changes, transformation initiatives, and PX programs
- Translate complex business changes into clear, transparent, and employee-centric messaging
- Develop communication frameworks that drive understanding, adoption, and engagement—not just awareness
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Support internal rollout of marketing campaigns, product launches, go-to-market strategies, and talent enablement efforts
- Ensure employees are informed, equipped, and aligned to effectively represent the business
Content, Channels & Storytelling
- Oversee development of high-impact content across internal channels (e.g., email, VivaEngage posts, All Company Meetings, newsletters, etc)
- Build compelling storytelling that reinforces company priorities and culture
- Continuously optimize communication channels for effectiveness, reach, and engagement
Messaging Architecture, Playbooks & Governance
- Develop scalable playbooks, templates, and frameworks to enable consistent communication across the organization
- Establish governance and standards to ensure quality and alignment in messaging
- Continuously refine communication approaches based on data and organizational needs

Communications exécutives et de leadership
- Agir à titre de partenaire stratégique et de conseiller(ère) auprès de l’ensemble de l’équipe de la haute direction
- Concevoir et livrer les communications exécutives, incluant les assemblées générales, les communications d’entreprise, les messages de leadership et les annonces clés
- Aligner les voix des leaders afin d’assurer clarté, authenticité et cohérence à l’échelle de l’organisation
Culture, engagement et expérience employé
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de développement organisationnel et les gestionnaires afin d’intégrer les valeurs, la culture et l’inclusion dans toutes les communications
- Concevoir et déployer des stratégies de communication qui favorisent l’engagement, la connexion et le sentiment d’appartenance des employé(e)s
- Mettre en valeur les moments clés qui comptent (p. ex. reconnaissance, jalons importants, visibilité du leadership, initiatives culturelles)
Changements organisationnels
- Diriger les stratégies de communication liées aux changements organisationnels, aux initiatives de transformation et aux programmes PX (expérience employé)
- Traduire des changements d’affaires complexes en messages clairs, transparents et centrés sur les employé(e)s
- Développer des cadres de communication qui favorisent la compréhension, l’adoption et l’engagement et au-delà de la simple sensibilisation
Alignement transversal
- Soutenir le déploiement interne des campagnes marketing, des lancements de produits, des stratégies de mise en marché et des initiatives de mobilisation des talents
- Veiller à ce que les employé(e)s soient informé(e)s, outillé(e)s et aligné(e)s afin de bien représenter l’entreprise
Contenu, canaux et narration
- Superviser le développement de contenus à fort impact sur les canaux internes (p. ex. courriels, publications Viva Engage, assemblées générales, infolettres, etc.)
- Créer des récits engageants qui renforcent les priorités et la culture de l’entreprise
- Optimiser en continu les canaux de communication afin d’en maximiser l’efficacité, la portée et l’engagement
Architecture des messages, guides et gouvernance
- Développer des guides, des gabarits et des cadres évolutifs pour soutenir une communication cohérente à l’échelle de l’organisation
- Mettre en place une gouvernance et des normes afin d’assurer la qualité et l’alignement des messages
- Ajuster continuellement les approches de communication en fonction des données et des besoins organisationnels
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
- Proven experience developing and leading enterprise-wide communication strategies
- Strong experience supporting and advising executive-level communications
- Experience in complex, fast-paced, or multi-functional organizations
- Exposure to culture, employee engagement, or I&B initiatives strongly preferred
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging
QUALIFICATIONS
- Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en communications internes, en communications corporatives ou dans un domaine connexe

- Excellentes aptitudes en rédaction, en révision et en narration
- Capacité démontrée à vulgariser des sujets complexes en messages clairs et percutants
