Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Hairstylist with strong expertise in hair colouring, highlights, and chemical services. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, trendy hairstyles while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction and hair health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, styling, and hair transformations for clients.
• Expertly handle global colour, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, and global touchup highlights.
• Provide advanced chemical services including Nano Plastia, Botox, Keratin, Smoothening, Cysteine, and other protein treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, suggest suitable styles/services, and recommend home care products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product usage during all services.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and chemical treatments.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and minimize client wait times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a professional hairstylist in a reputed salon.
• Strong expertise in Hair Colouring, Global Highlights, Root Touch-ups, and Balayage.
• Hands-on experience with Nano Plastia, Botox, Keratin, Cysteine, and other chemical straightening/smoothing treatments.
• Valid certification or training in advanced hair colouring and chemical services (preferred).
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering premium results.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of current hair trends and product knowledge (L’Oréal, Wella, Schwarzkopf, Olaplex, etc. preferred).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
