What You’ll Do

• Assist with structural analysis and design for building projects
• Support the development of calculations and construction documents
• Contribute to projects involving structural steel, concrete, and wood framing
• Participate in site visits and collaborate with project teams

What We’re Looking For

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering (Structural focus preferred)
• 1–5 years of structural design experience or relevant internship experience
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis software (experience with RAM tools is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in learning structural design
