We’re seeking an early-career Structural Design Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful building projects. What You’ll Do
- Assist with structural analysis and design for building projects
- Support the development of calculations and construction documents

What We’re Looking For
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering (Structural focus preferred)
- 1–5 years of structural design experience or relevant internship experience
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis software (experience with RAM tools is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in learning structural design
