Job Description

Nature Rich Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end food manufacturing operations. This role requires strong expertise in sauces and processed food production along with leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
• Ensure consistent quality in sauces manufacturing while adhering to food safety standards
• Implement and monitor SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Optimize production planning, cost efficiency, and resource utilization
• Lead and manage plant teams to achieve operational targets
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and supply chain teams

Eligibility Criteria

• 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing industry
• Experience in sauces, condiments, or processed food production preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and audits
• Proven ability to manage plant operations independently
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field
• Experience in ready-to-eat or sauces manufacturing segment
