Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales (Corporate / MNC | Cafeteria Solutions)
Mandatory Industry Experience (Non-Negotiable)Candidates must have experience in selling cafeteria / food service / workplace dining solutions to corporates, MNCs, or large institutions.
(Designation/title will be aligned based on experience and proven track record in institutional acquisition.)
This role requires client acquisition across key metro cities including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi-NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida), Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata , and other major business / education hubs.

Target market :Drive enterprise growth by acquiring large corporates, MNCs, and manufacturing clients for AI-driven cafeteria and workplace dining solutions. We are looking for a hunter sales leader to close high-value, long-term institutional deals.
Role Objective :We are looking for a high-impact enterprise sales professional to build and scale our presence across large corporates, MNCs, and manufacturing companies for AI-driven, digitized cafeteria and workplace dining solutions.This is a market-creation and strategic role , requiring someone who can open doors, engage CXOs and facility leaders, and close high-value, long-term cafeteria contracts .
Must have :Only candidates with relevant cafeteria/food service sales experience will be consideredMust have independently closed deals (no pure account management profiles)New client acquisition & deal closuresExperience in managed cafeteria / corporate food programs business developmentExposure to tech-enabled / digital cafeteria platformsExperience handling corporate / institutional food service partnerships
Key Responsibilities :Identify, acquire, and close large corporates, MNCs, and manufacturing clientsOwn end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle (prospecting → proposal → closure)Engage senior stakeholders: CXOs, HR Heads, Admin, Facility & Procurement leadersDevelop go-to-market strategy for corporate and industrial segmentsClose large-ticket, long-term corporate contractsBuild long-term client relationships and ensure smooth handover to operations
Desired Competencies :5–10 years of B2B / enterprise sales experienceStrong network within corporates / MNCs / industrial clientsExperience in corporate cafeteria / workplace dining solutions is highly preferredComfortable with PAN India travelAbility to manage large, complex deals with long sales cyclesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial
