As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example within your restaurant, mentoring and helping to develop your team members for success. You will drive operations with enthusiasm and uphold high standards. Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and communication abilities are crucial for this role.

Compensation: Assistant Restaurant Manager positions offer a rate of $17.25 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location, along with eligibility for profit share bonuses.
