Flymedia Technology is looking for Jr. HR executive, usually an entry-level position where you support day-to-day HR work and learn the basics of managing people, hiring, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Work with leading corporates and multinational companies to understand their manpower requirements across roles, levels, and locations
• Source and identify suitable candidates through internal databases, references, and job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn
• Review and analyze CVs from multiple sources to assess candidate suitability
• Connect with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their credentials and interest, and gather references for further sourcing
• Share suitable candidates with clients, coordinate interviews, and manage the process until the candidate successfully joins the organization.

• Currently based in Ludhiana or willing to settle in Ludhiana for the long term.
