Job Description
We’re a fast-growing women’s workwear and performance brand [ flurr.in ] focused on building strong organic growth through content, community, and performance-driven SEO. We’re looking for someone who understands how SEO can drive not just traffic — but real organic orders and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console
- Optimize product pages, collection pages, blogs, and landing pages based on search intent
- Improve website category structure, internal linking, schema markup, and overall technical SEO health
- Track and analyze SEO performance including rankings, sessions, CTR, organic orders, and conversion rates
- Create and manage guest posting, backlinking, and off-page SEO campaigns
- Identify backlink opportunities, brand collaborations, and authority-building strategies
- Perform technical SEO audits including crawl errors, broken links, indexing issues, and page speed optimization
- Collaborate with content, marketing, teams to improve website performance and user experience
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement SEO best practices accordingly
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce
✔ Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
✔ Experience with backlink building, guest posting, and authority growth strategies
✔ Knowledge of Shopify SEO and e-commerce site structures
✔ Ability to improve rankings that contribute to real organic sales/orders
