Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Proposal Writer at Fluid AI. The Proposal Writer will oversee the development and management of proposals, prepare responses to RFPs, and craft persuasive technical documents. Responsibilities include conducting research, writing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals in line with client requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to gather the necessary technical details and ensure alignment with client needs will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
• Proficiency in Technical Writing and responding to RFPs
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational and project management abilities to meet strict deadlines
• Experience in technical or AI-related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
