You will act as a hands-on hiring partner, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong stakeholder confidence, and delivering hiring outcomes with minimal handholding.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to build strong expertise in volume hiring, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for volume hiring &amp; contractual roles for all business functions in India, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining hiring quality, turnaround time, and process discipline.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and sustain strong sourcing pipelines through job portals, referrals, social sourcing, and creative sourcing strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure backup candidate pipelines are available for critical and time-sensitive roles.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing clear updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, risks, and timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use hiring data and market insights to set expectations and push back constructively when requirements are not aligned with market realities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain high standards of data hygiene across ATS platforms and recruitment trackers, ensuring accurate and decision-ready reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support offer management and joining conversion to minimize candidate dropouts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to campus hiring activities when needed, including hiring program coordination, logistics, candidate data management, and stakeholder support.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help build strong candidate pipelines and contribute to longer-term university and campus engagement efforts</span>.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About you</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in house / corporate recruitment experience in volume hiring &amp;
