We’re looking for a proactive and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Executive – Volume Hiring to join our team in Gurugram on a 12-month contractual role. In this hybrid role, you will independently drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, ensuring speed, quality, and accuracy at scale. You will act as a hands-on hiring partner, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong stakeholder confidence, and delivering hiring outcomes with minimal handholding. About the role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for volume hiring & contractual roles for all business functions in India, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining hiring quality, turnaround time, and process discipline.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and sustain strong sourcing pipelines through job portals, referrals, social sourcing, and creative sourcing strategies.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure backup candidate pipelines are available for critical and time-sensitive roles.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing clear updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, risks, and timelines.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Use hiring data and market insights to set expectations and push back constructively when requirements are not aligned with market realities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain high standards of data hygiene across ATS platforms and recruitment trackers, ensuring accurate and decision-ready reporting.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support offer management and joining conversion to minimize candidate dropouts.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to campus hiring activities when needed, including hiring program coordination, logistics, candidate data management, and stakeholder support.</li> <li>Help build strong candidate pipelines and contribute to longer-term university and campus engagement efforts.</li> </ul> About you <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in house / corporate recruitment experience in volume hiring & contract hiring or high-scale recruitment roles.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Graduate in any discipline.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and Workday.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Good command of Excel, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and basic reporting.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in deadline-driven, fast-paced environments.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication, prioritisation, multitasking, and execution skills with high attention to detail.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to use data to guide decisions, manage expectations, and improve hiring outcomes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to campus hiring is preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Openness to using AI tools, automation, and digital recruiting methods to improve efficiency.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Immediate joiners preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Diversity candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.</li> </ul> What we offer <ul> <li>Hybrid work model: 5-day work week with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.</li> <li>High-impact hiring exposure: Gain hands-on experience in large-scale and business-critical recruitment.</li> <li>Learning opportunity: Build expertise in volume hiring, recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and hiring analytics.</li> <li>Tech-enabled environment: Work with modern ATS platforms, data-led hiring practices, and evolving recruitment tools.</li> <li>Growth exposure: Strengthen skills that can support future growth into broader talent acquisition and specialist recruitment roles.</li> </ul> Why Join Flix At Flix, we empower our teams to push boundaries and shape the future of mobility.
