About the Opportunity A growing third-party logistics (3PL) company in the GTA is looking for a Sales Specialist to support both revenue growth and day-to-day customer relationships.

This role offers a base salary plus commission, with earning potential tied to new and existing customer revenue.
This is a hybrid inside sales and client-facing role that blends quoting, follow-up, and coordination with operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure shipments move smoothly from quote to delivery, while building long-term relationships with customers along the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and service information
- Support revenue growth from new and existing customers
- Coordinate bookings and shipments with internal operations teams
- Track orders and proactively communicate updates to clients
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity logs
- Assist with post-delivery support, issue resolution, and feedback
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, logistics, transportation, 3PL, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using email, CRM tools, and booking systems
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in the Canadian logistics market is an asset
- Education in logistics, supply chain, or business is considered an asset

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: In-office role located in North York, Ontario. This position is not remote.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
